About Me

Kelly De La Cruz is the owner of Roots Massage and Bodywork, LLC, and graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. She is also a Master Reiki Practitioner, and often uses this ability to find areas of the body that need extra focus and attention during her massage practice.  Kelly is not taking on new clients at this time.  Outside of her practice, Kelly can often be found enjoying the outdoors and spending time with her family, having many adventures.  She has a passion for nature and environmentalism, and is a true New Englander who finds beauty in all four of our seasons.  She lives in Wethersfield with her Fiancé, two kids, and their sweet French Bulldog named Tatum, who also loves to receive massages!
